All coaches and organisations undergo verification to ensure credentials are authentic. Look for the verified badge (✓) on profiles.
2. Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any form of abuse will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
3. Privacy Protection
Your personal information is protected. We never share data without consent and provide tools to control your visibility.
4. Content Moderation
All content is subject to review. Inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content will be removed promptly.

- Use our reporting tools if you encounter inappropriate behaviour
For Coaches & Organisations
Professional Standards
- Complete verification to display your credentials publicly
- Maintain professional boundaries with athletes at all times
- Obtain appropriate permissions before posting photos/videos of minors
- Never request personal contact information in initial messages
- Be transparent about fees, qualifications, and training approaches
- Report any concerning behaviour you observe from others
Reporting & Enforcement
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates our safety guidelines:
- Use the "Report" button on any content or profile
- Select the appropriate violation category
- Provide details to help our moderation team
- Our team will review within 24 hours
- You'll receive confirmation and updates (if you provide contact info)
